1. Agreement to Terms
By using elgoncleaning.ca or booking a cleaning with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Booking & Services

  • Booking made via website, email, or phone.
  • We confirm bookings in writing.
  • You can cancel or reschedule—ideally 24 hours in advance. A short-notice cancellation fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are outlined on-site or quoted.
  • Payments due upon service completion (unless otherwise agreed).
  • We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and cash.

4. Service Standards & Guarantee

  • We deliver a professional, reliable cleaning using quality products.
  • If you’re not satisfied, contact us within X hours to reschedule a follow-up cleaning (within reason).

5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide safe access to your property
  • Keep pets restrained during service
  • Secure personal or fragile items (we won’t be responsible for breakages).
  • Inform us of hazards prior to service.

6. Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • For direct damages, our liability is capped at the total fee paid for that specific service.
  • We are not responsible for damage due to your negligence or pre-existing conditions.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on elgoncleaning.ca (texts, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us. You can’t reuse it without written permission.

8. Privacy Reference
Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. Data is handled per its clauses.

9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Updates take effect when posted; continued use means acceptance.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes go to Ontario courts.
